All-Rounder General Labourer

Roadside, Rural and Property Maintenance

Goulburn-based | Regular weekly travel across NSW

Wolfcon is a growing NSW-based company specialising in roadside maintenance, vegetation control and property maintenance. We work across highways, rest areas, farms and private properties throughout NSW.

We are looking for a reliable, practical and mechanically minded All-Rounder who is comfortable working independently, travelling regularly and completing a wide variety of physical tasks.

This position involves regular overnight travel across NSW.

The successful applicant must be willing and able to work away from home for several nights most weeks. Trips may generally range from one to five days, depending on the work schedule.

You must also:

- Hold a current NSW Class C manual driver’s licence

- Be legally permitted and confident to drive manual vehicles

- Hold at least a P2 licence or an unrestricted licence

- Be comfortable using a smartphone and switching between several work apps

- Be reliable, physically capable and able to work without constant supervision

P1 licence holders cannot be considered, as they are unable to tow what is required for this position.

What You’ll Be Doing

The work is varied and may include:

- Cleaning and maintaining highway rest areas, including toilets, picnic tables, shelters and bins

- Minor repairs to taps, leaks, cisterns, toilet seats and other facilities

- Pressure washing and graffiti removal

- Mowing, whipper snipping, slashing and weed spraying

- Fencing, spraying and general farm or property maintenance

- Assisting with traffic control and roadside spraying projects

- Highway litter collection

- Septic truck operations

- Preparing vehicles, machinery, plant and equipment

- Completing inspections, Take Fives,



photographs and digital work records using mobile apps

Some night work and early starts may also be required.

Essential Requirements

Applicants must have:

- A current NSW Class C manual driver’s licence

- A P2 or unrestricted licence—no P1 licences

- A current White Card

- The ability and willingness to work away several nights each week

- Confidence using smartphones and mobile applications

- A reliable work history and strong attendance

- The physical ability to complete outdoor and manual work

- The ability to follow instructions, complete records and work safely

- A practical, hands-on attitude

Highly Regarded

The following qualifications or experience would be an advantage:

- HR driver's licence

- Traffic Control tickets

- ChemCert

- First Aid Certificate

- Mowing, spraying or vegetation-control experience

- Mechanical or general maintenance skills

- Experience operating machinery, trucks or rural equipment
