Front Desk / Reception Support – Masc

Location: Bassendean, WA Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm Pay: $30 – $35 per hour (based on experience) Job type: Full time

About the Role

Masc is a mechanical service centre, and we're looking for a bubbly, positive, and organised person to help run our front office. You'll work alongside and assist the Centre Manager, supporting front desk and reception duties, customer service, parts ordering, and invoicing. Automotive industry experience is a bonus but not essential — full training is provided.

What You'll Be Doing

- Greeting and assisting customers at the front desk
- Answering phones and managing general reception duties
- Ordering parts and liaising with suppliers
- Preparing and processing invoices




- Providing friendly, high-quality customer service
- General administrative support as needed

What We're Looking For

- A bubbly, positive, can-do attitude
- Strong customer service skills
- Comfortable with basic admin, invoicing, and computer systems
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
- Automotive industry experience is a bonus but not necessary — we'll train the right person

What's on Offer

- $30–$35 per hour
- Monday to Friday, 7am–3pm — no weekends
