An exciting recent opportunity exists with a leading Traffic Management Company based in Perth.

The Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Junior Management Assistant role will include:

- Providing direct punctual assistance to the Operations Team for all operational matters

- Assisting with onboarding and inductions of new staff

- Compliance checks of tickets,drivers licences

- Managing training bookings for all staff

- Assisting the Operations Team with administrative tasks and client calls

- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.

The Person

As the Junior Management Assistant, you will:

- Possess a meticulous attention to detail for job bookings and operational changes daily
