About the Role
Working as part of the sales team, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer enquiries and preparing quotations
- Building strong customer relationships
- Processing customer and supplier orders
- Coordinating deliveries and sourcing products
- Following up quotations and identifying sales opportunities
- Maintaining accurate customer records and CRM information
- Delivering outstanding customer service every day
The role focuses on developing customer relationships, maximising sales opportunities and ensuring orders are delivered accurately and on time.
About You
You'll ideally have:
- Experience in internal sales or customer service
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Solid organisational and computer skills
- A proactive, customer-first attitude
- Experience in the steel, industrial or building products industry (advantageous but not essential)
