The opportunity:

You report to the Service Manager and work closely with our Service team to ensure great service to our internal and external customers. You will:

· Build customer relationships by keeping customers informed on the progress of the service of their vehicle

· Provide advice on services and availability

· Verify that customer needs have been fulfilled

· Actively contribute to the team and deliver high quality customer service

· Focus on solutions finding, efficiency, profitability and growth

· Contributing to continuous improvement activity within the team.

· Relevant current vehicle licence/s

· Previous experience with service writing and invoicing will be highly valued.
