DIG Personnel & Training Solutions is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Concrete Call Centre Operator for a leading South Australian building and construction materials supplier.

About the Role

Based at the Concrete Call Centre in Dry Creek, you will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries and concrete orders. This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities to ensure customer satisfaction.

This is a temp to perm opportunity with staggered rostered start times.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inbound customer calls and provide professional customer service
- Process concrete orders accurately and efficiently
- Schedule deliveries and allocate orders to Agitator Drivers
- Coordinate tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
- Process EFTPOS transactions and cash sale enquiries




- Assist with customer account enquiries
- Complete general administration and data entry tasks

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- Previous scheduling or coordination experience
- Good knowledge of the Adelaide metropolitan area
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting
- A strong commitment to quality, safety, and customer service
- Previous experience within the concrete or construction industry is advantageous but not essential
