We are seeking a Driver/Labourer to join the Junk Removal team in Bibra Lake, WA. This is a casual position that offers flexible work opportunities for someone with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. You will play a vital role in our operations, ensuring that junk removal services are delivered efficiently and professionally to our customers across the region.
What you'll be doing
1. Operating company vehicles to transport junk and waste materials to designated disposal sites safely and responsibly
2. Loading, unloading and handling heavy items and unwanted materials with care and attention to safety protocols
3. Assisting customers with junk removal from their properties, ensuring minimal disruption and property damage
4. Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of vehicles and equipment throughout the working day
5. Following health and safety regulations and company procedures at all times
6. Communicating effectively with team members and customers to ensure smooth operations
7. Keeping accurate records of loads and disposal activities as required
What we're looking for
1. At minimum; a valid Australian manual C class driving licence with a clean driving record.
2. Physical fitness and capability to lift and carry heavy items regularly
3. Reliability and punctuality, with a commitment to meeting scheduled appointments
4. A willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
5. Basic communication skills and a professional attitude towards customers
6. Experience in manual labour,
waste management or a related field (preferred but not essential)
7. Knowledge of local areas and routes in Perth (advantageous)
8. We are looking for a reliable team member who is available to work 4–5 days per week.
Our standard working hours are 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. However, flexibility is essential, as you may occasionally be required to start as early as 6:00 am or work later than usual to meet client requirements. From time to time, we also undertake after-hours and evening work, so availability for occasional night shifts is preferred.
