About the Role

We're on the lookout for a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Field Agent in a permanent casual, commission-based position. This is a role that offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to build a career in a dynamic industry—no experience necessary. Australian citizenship is required for this position.

We're looking for someone who is:

- Highly organised with a proactive mindset

- Motivated by targets and thrives under pressure

- Detail-focused and precise in their work

- Confident behind the wheel and enjoys being out on the road

- A current full driver's licence is required for this position

- Must hold a full driver's licence for a minimum of 3+ years

- A police check or criminal background check is required for this position

- A clear communicator and skilled negotiator

- Tech-savvy and comfortable using Word, Excel, and email reporting systems

- Independent and enjoys the balance of road work and working from home

Key Responsibilities

On the Road:

- Process Serving – Delivering court documents to defendants and witnesses

- Field Calls – Visiting debtor addresses to confirm details or seek resolution

- Repossessions – Recovering arrears or securing assets on behalf of financiers

- Evictions – Enforcing legal property repossession actions

- Field Audits – Verifying stock levels and business operations on site

At Home:

- Planning travel routes and scheduling work in your territory

- Preparing and submitting clear and accurate reports

- Drafting and swearing affidavits as required

Location

Applicants must reside within easy reach of Bendigo, Victoria, to allow efficient travel within the designated area.

Tenure & Hours

This is a permanent casual role generally requiring 2–3 travel days per week, often including one overnight stay, with remaining days spent working from home.
