The Job

We are recruiting for a National Commercial Partnership Manager to provide valuable partnership management and to identify, negotiate and secure suitable new commercial partnership opportunities for the VMO Shop and Work businesses. This role requires an organised individual with high attention to detail and great negotiation and customer service skills.

Key responsibilities include:

- Establish an excellent rapport with all existing and future concessional partners to ensure client relationships are maintain to a high professional standard of service.
- Through these secured partnerships and with your own network contacts, identifying suitable current digital location opportunities.
- Supporting the national retail and office tower portfolio expansion.
- Manage the process of preparing of all financial overviews, site submissions, securing appropriate financial outcomes for the partnership, negotiation, release and follow up of all associated administrative duties.




- Working in collaboration with the Operations Team with the efficient communication during the installation process of our digital screens and ensure our concessional partners are happy with the outcome and final product and all contract requirements are put into place and all relevant documentation provided to the client – ie : Welcome pack, Insurances, DART access.
- Negotiation of rates and securing Landlord approval on any CML activities and campaigns.
- Develop strong understanding of how our client’s business fits within the digital environment and deliver practical solutions for any issues or future concepts.

- Proven experience in commercial partnerships, property, leasing, or business development
- Strong stakeholder management capability
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills
- Experience within the property, media, or OOH industry
- Existing commercial property network
- Ability to articulate clearly in presentations and formulates high quality written correspondence and proposals
