About the opportunity:

As part of our team, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Tenant Relations: Managing tenant relationships, including lease negotiations, rent collection, addressing tenant concerns, and ensuring tenant satisfaction.

- Property Maintenance:



Overseeing property maintenance and repairs, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring that the property is well-maintained and compliant with safety regulations.

- Financial Management: Handling financial aspects of commercial property management, such as budgeting, rent collection, expense tracking, and financial reporting to property owners or management companies.

- Lease Administration: Managing lease agreements, including lease renewals, terminations, and ensuring compliance with lease terms and conditions.

- Property Inspections: Conducting regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs, safety issues, and ensure compliance with regulations.

- Legal Compliance: Staying updated on relevant laws and regulations related to property management, ensuring compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other legal requirements.

- Property Performance Analysis: Analysing property performance, market trends, and conducting financial analysis to make recommendations for improving property value and profitability.

- Leasing Duties: Ad hoc leasing duties as required, including assisting with inspections, tenant enquiries, lease administration and general property management support.

About you:

- Commercial Real estate industry experience

- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to tenants and landlords

- A desire for continuous improvement and learning

- Well-presented professional who thrives in a team workplace

- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and work unsupervised

- Valid driver's license

- Current OFT Real Estate certificate

- Experience with Re-Leased CRM highly regarded
