What You'll Do

Be the link between our clients and our delivery team by turning business challenges into quality Microsoft solutions.

- Lead discovery workshops and gather business requirements.

- Facilitate process mapping and user journey sessions.

- Translate business needs into clear user stories and requirements.

- Work with Architects and Developers to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.

- Plan and coordinate testing,



including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Build trusted relationships with clients throughout project delivery.

Lead End to End Project Delivery: You'll play a key role from discovery through to deployment, helping clients define business requirements, supporting solution design, validating delivered functionality, and ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard. Every engagement offers the chance to solve different business challenges while working with Microsoft's latest technologies.

What We're Looking For

Must have:

- 5+ years' experience in Business Analysis or a combined BA/QA role.

- Experience facilitating client workshops and gathering requirements.

- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

- Experience with software testing and UAT.

- Experience using Azure DevOps or similar Agile tools.

Highly Valued:

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform experience.

- Consulting experience.

- IIBA, ISTQB or Agile certifications.
