Key Responsibilities
· Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for demolition, earthworks and related civil projects.
· Review project scopes, drawings and specifications.
· Analyse material, equipment and labour costs.
· Progress claim management.
· Regularly assess commercial and contractual risks
· Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams.
· Assist with pricing proposals, value engineering and risk assessments.
· Minimum 3 years of demolition and earthworks estimating experience required.
· Fluent English – excellent verbal and written communication.
· Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills.
· Ability to interpret plans and technical documentation.
· Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
· Valid driver's license
· Reliable transport
