About the role

This is a permanent part-time position with flexibility around days and hours for the right person.

You'll be part of a genuinely collaborative approach,



taking ownership of your day-to-day responsibilities while partnering closely with the Director to manage a shared residential portfolio and deliver exceptional service to our landlords and tenants.

You'll enjoy autonomy, but you'll never feel like you're doing it alone.

If you enjoy bringing ideas, improving processes or contributing to the growth of a business, there'll be opportunities to do that too.

Remuneration will reflect your experience,



capability and the value you bring to the role.

We're far more interested in finding the right person than squeezing everyone into the same salary bracket.

However, a current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle are required. A travel allowance will be provided.
