About the Role

We are currently seeking Behaviour Support Practitioners across multiple locations nationally to join our growing multidisciplinary team. This role offers the opportunity to deliver evidence‑informed, person‑centred Behaviour Support services across home, school, clinic and community environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Deliver evidence-informed Behaviour Support services across a diverse caseload




- Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop Behaviour Support Plans
- Support participants, families and stakeholders to implement meaningful strategies
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists and Physiotherapists
- Manage your own schedule with flexibility across community, clinic and telehealth settings
- Participate in supervision, peer collaboration and ongoing professional development opportunities

What You’ll Bring

- NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner suitability/registration (or eligibility via the IBIS pathway)
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A person-centred, evidence-informed approach
- Driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle for community work
- NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
