Permanent Part Time Staff are required for the positions of Disability Service Officers at Choice N Control Charitable Ltd based at Lewiston, Pooraka, Salisbury North, Angle Vale and Surrounding Suburbs.

We require staff for Disability Service Officer roles to support people living with an intellectual disability. We have a person-centred approach. We are focused on helping people to achieve their individual dreams, goals and our values are to assist people with disabilities to experience a great life and enhancing their independent living skills.

We have Supported Independent Living (SIL) houses in the northern suburbs and seeking multiple Disability Service Officers. These roles are working across a seven-day roster and willingness to work passive nights and weekends is a must.

Essential requirements for this role are as follows:

- Hold a Certificate III or above in Disability / Individual Support or equivalent.





- Experience supporting people with disability and behaviours of concern utilising an empathetic and person-focused approach.

- Current Senior First Aid Certificate.

- Current NDIS Worker Check

- Current Working with Children Check

- Ability to use computers, tablets and smartphones.

- An unrestricted South Australian Driver's License

- Hold an assist with medication certificate.

- Midazolam trained
