About the Role

We are currently seeking a self-motivated and customer orientated individual to fill the role of Jaguar/Land Rover Service Advisor. This position will be based at our Mile End service department.

Skills and Experience:

- Ideally you will have at least two year's previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive sector

- Superior customer service skills

- Mechanical knowledge is not essential but would be beneficial

- Adopt an adaptable and flexible approach to work as you will be required to switch from brand to brand on a regular basis





- A fast learner who can adapt their personal style to each brand

- Motivated and hard-working with a positive approach

- Reliable, skilled, and customer orientated

- Ability to perform well under pressure and excels working within a team environment

The successful candidate will possess excellent administration and data entry skills along with advanced computer skills. Dealership and Pentana ERA experience would also be highly desirable.
