Develop (ASX:DVP) has a twin-pronged strategy to drive long term growth and value creation across both mine ownership and mining services.

The first of these centres on the development and production of future facing metals. As part of this, Develop has successfully declared commercial production at it's Woodlawn Copper-Zinc Project in NSW, achieving and exceeding steady state throughput rates, while rapidly advancing the Sulphur Springs Zinc-Copper Project in WA. In parallel, the company is progressing it's Pioneer Dome Lithium Project in WA.

The second plank of Develop's strategy centres on the provision of underground mining services. As part of this, Develop has agreements to provide underground mining services to:

- Bellevue Gold's (ASX: BGL) Bellevue Project;
- Oceana Gold's (TSX: OGC), Waihi North Gold Project; and
- Core Lithium's (ASX: CXO), Finniss Lithium Operation

Woodlawn Copper-Zinc Mine

DEVELOP's Woodlawn Copper-Zinc mine is located in the world-class Lachlan Fold belt in NSW, 250km south-west of Sydney.

Woodlawn is an advanced stage mine with the first two years of underground production already developed and a near new processing plant and related infrastructure in place. Additional investment in the asset over the last two years has yielded a new underground exclusive mine plan, backed by reserves for the next ten years.

The Prospect: Mine Geologist

DEVELOP has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mine Geologist to join our growing team at our Woodlawn project in NSW.

Reporting to the Senior Mine Geologist, the primary role is to collect primary geological information and perform the underground geological activities required to facilitate the safe, efficient and cost-effective extraction and growth of the mineral reserve within the mine area.

Your main responsibilities as a Mine Geologist





- Maintain a safe and compliant workplace by following site safety systems, statutory requirements, and actively contributing to a strong safety culture.
- Deliver high-quality geological data through underground mapping, sampling, diamond drill core logging, QA/QC, and accurate data management.
- Provide geological guidance for underground operations by interpreting geology, resource models, and drilling information to optimise ore extraction and minimise dilution.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with mining and technical teams to support operational decision-making and production outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement and team development by mentoring junior geologists, improving geological processes, and adhering to DEVELOP's standards and Core Values.

The Requirements of the role:

- Bachelor of Science (Geology) or equivalent
- Valid Driver's Licence (C-Class)
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience in a physically challenging work environment
- Ability to provide leadership and training to current team members
- Flexibility to adapt to improved procedures and work practice
- Possess, or able to obtain, Working at Heights competency
- Possess, or able to obtain, Dangerous Goods Security Card
- St John's Senior First Aid certificate
- Awareness of the Mines Safety and Inspection Act & Regulations
