About us

RCOT is a purpose-built paediatric OT clinic in Willagee, Perth, supporting children and young people aged 0–18. We work with a diverse caseload using a holistic, family-centred approach, and take therapy beyond the clinic through our community-based school holiday programs that help kids socialise, grow and thrive. About the role

As a Paediatric Occupational Therapist, your duties will include but not be limited to:





- Completing assessments across multiple paediatric presentations

- Delivering evidence-based treatment across sensory, motor, and emotional domains

- Mentoring junior and graduate therapists

- Identifying root causes and presenting honest options to families

- Collaborating with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams

- Contributing to service improvement and clinical direction

- Maintaining documentation in line with AHPRA standards

What we're looking for

- Full Australian working rights essential

- Degree in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration essential

- Min. 2 years paediatric occupational therapy experience essential

- WWC Check (or willing to obtain) & driver's licence

- Advanced clinical skills in paediatric assessment

- Strong communication skills with children, families, and colleagues

- Ability to balance caseload and team responsibilities.
