What you'll be doing

· Preparing and cooking quality meals for members and guests

· Working across à la carte service, functions and special events

· Maintaining high food safety and kitchen standards

· Working closely with a supportive and experienced kitchen team

· Helping deliver a consistently great dining experience

We're looking for someone who

· Has previous experience working in a commercial kitchen

· Is organised, reliable and takes pride in their work

· Enjoys working as part of a team

· Can remain calm during busy service periods





· Has a positive attitude and a genuine passion for good food

· Is available to work a mix of weekdays, evenings and weekends
