About the role

Grant Transformers is seeking a talented Digital Marketer to join our growing team in Malaga, WA. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to drive our digital marketing strategy and make a meaningful impact on our organisation's growth. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, engagement and conversions across multiple channels. This role is integral to our marketing function and will contribute directly to the success of Grant Transformers' strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing

1. Developing and executing digital marketing strategies across multiple channels including search engines, social media, email and content platforms

2. Creating and optimising pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to maximise return on investment and drive qualified traffic

3. Managing search engine optimisation (SEO) initiatives to improve organic visibility and search rankings

4. Producing engaging digital content and managing content calendars across various digital touchpoints

5. Monitoring and analysing campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

6. Managing social media accounts, creating compelling posts and engaging with our audience to build community and brand loyalty

7. Conducting keyword research, competitive analysis and market trend analysis to inform digital strategy

8. Collaborating with internal teams including sales, design and product development to align marketing efforts with business objectives

9. Testing and experimenting with new digital marketing tools, techniques and platforms to stay ahead of industry trends





10. Maintaining accurate records of campaign data and producing regular performance reports for stakeholders

11. Maintaining and updating our web sites to ensure maximum client engagement

12. Designing and executing digital catalogues and brochures.

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 1-2 years working

2. Web site development skills

3. Digital creation skills with Adobe, Canva or related software programmes

4. Strong knowledge of search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimisation (SEO) best practices

5. Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush or similar

6. Experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging social media content

7. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations

8. Strong copywriting and content creation abilities

9. Familiarity with email marketing platforms and campaign management

10. Solid understanding of web analytics and conversion rate optimisation

11. Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams

12. A creative mindset with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
