Opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end commercialisation of key procurement‑led initiatives, initially focusing on the transition of our primary packaging supplier. This is a 12‑month contract role within the Transformation team, reporting to the Commercialisation & Projects Manager.

Responsibilities

- Lead supplier transition and procurement‑led transformation projects
- Develop and manage project plans, risks, dependencies and governance
- Coordinate across supply chain, procurement,



operations and technical teams
- Manage stakeholder and supplier relationships
- Drive delivery, reporting and issue resolution across workstreams
- Ensure alignment with internal governance and quality standards

What You’ll Bring

- Experience in supplier transitions or procurement projects (FMCG/manufacturing preferred)
- Strong stakeholder and senior leadership engagement skills
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation ability
- Robust problem‑solving and attention to detail
- Clear communication skills across all levels
- Experience with tools such as MS Project, Monday.com or Agile methods
