Hughenden Mechanical Services (HMS) is looking for a motivated Diesel Fitter to join our team in Hughenden, Queensland.

About the role:

- Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on trucks, earthmoving equipment and light vehicles

- Diagnose mechanical faults and complete repairs efficiently

- Assist with workshop operations and maintain a clean, safe work workplace

- Work independently and as part of a supportive team

- Deliver high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service

We're looking for someone who:

- Trade qualified

- Is reliable, motivated and has a strong work ethic

- Has good problem-solving skills and attention to detail





- Works well both independently and in a team

- Holds a current driver's licence (HR licence is an advantage)

Experience with Cummins engines, heavy diesel equipment, trucks and earthmoving machinery is highly regarded.
