Primero is seeking an experienced Training Specialist to join the Perth Corporate team, reporting to the HSE Manager. You will drive the development and implementation of mandatory training, enhance tracking and reporting, and ensure training compliance across projects and sites in Australia and overseas.

This role requires 5+ years’ experience in construction or mining, TAE40122 qualification, and robust skills in training databases and content creation tools.
