This is a 6‑month fixed‑term part‑time (0.8 FTE) position commencing Term 3, 2026 with a possible 12‑month extension.
John Curtin College of the Arts (JCCA) is the only fully selective arts college in Western Australia, nurturing students’ creative potential within an inclusive, culturally responsive community.
JCCA is seeking an innovative Media Arts teacher to work in a high‑performing learning area. The successful applicant will deliver an engaging and relevant secondary school Media Arts curriculum to Gifted and Talented students and support extra‑curricular media activities such as after‑school filming, camps and film showcases.
Creativity and care for students should be at the forefront of this practitioner’s approach. Experience teaching lower school Photography and Year 11/12 Design Photography is desired.
