Field Representative – QLD

Consumer Electronics | Retail Field Sales

MOVA, a global smart appliance and home technology brand, is expanding its field team in Australia. We are looking for a second Field Representative for QLD to support our growing retail presence across major national retailers.

Since launching in Australia 15 months ago, MOVA has quickly gained traction in the consumer electronics market. Due to continued growth, we are expanding our QLD team to increase store coverage and support retail partners across the state.

Working alongside our existing QLD Field Representative, you will play a key role in strengthening store relationships, delivering engaging product training, and driving sales through excellent in-store execution.

This is a hands-on field role that involves frequent travel and regular store visits across metro and regional QLD.

The ideal candidate will be based in the Gold Coast to service Northern NSW, Gold Coast area, Southern Brisbane and FNQ.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging in-store product training to improve product knowledge and sales capability.

• Build strong relationships with retail sales teams and store management.

• Conduct regular store visits across metro and regional NSW.

• Run live demonstrations and provide hands-on product support.

• Ensure displays are clean, compliant, and merchandised to the highest standard.

• Work closely with the QLD field team and national sales team to maximise retail coverage.

• Gather feedback from stores to support improvements in training and sales tools.





• Monitor competitor activity and provide insights from the field.

• Support in-store events, launches, and promotional campaigns.

• Maintain accurate reporting on store visits, training activity, and retail feedback.

About You

• 3+ years experience in field sales, retail training, brand representation, or similar roles.

• Experience within consumer electronics, home appliances, technology, or FMCG preferred.

• Strong understanding of the retail sales environment.

• Confident presenting and training store teams.

• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

• Highly organised and self-motivated.

• Comfortable managing your own schedule and working independently.

• Willing and able to travel regularly across NSW, including regional areas.
