Our Business Support team is growing, and we’re looking for an energetic and motivated Accounts Clerk to join our Wellington Branch.

With over 3,000 vehicles sold, 40,000 serviced, and 330,000 parts traded annually, we need someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys making a tangible impact in the private sector.

Whether you're starting out in accounting or bring experience in business administration, this is a great opportunity to build your career in a supportive, high-performing team. This role primarily focuses on accounts receivable, with broader administrative duties as needed. Experience in either of these areas will be advantageous to the applicant, however team and company fit is most important to us.

What We're Looking For

Background in accounts receivable or administration (or a strong interest in starting in this field)Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong attention to detail and a process-driven mindsetPassion for delivering top-notch customer serviceEager to learn, grow,



and take initiativeConfident working independently and making decisions when neededIntermediate skills in Microsoft Excel - experience with vlookups and pivot tables is advantageousA knack for spotting and suggesting process improvementsA team player who’s ready to pitch in and support others

This role is permanent full time - 40 hours per week, 8.00am-4.30pm Monday to Friday and is based full time at our Wellington Central Branch.
