Sales Representative

We are seeking confident professionals to join our Sales Team at our Burleigh Heads office.

Due to fantastic growth in our Business, we now have several exciting roles to fill, within our Sales team.

Sales Consultant

Role & Responsibilities include:

- Welcome, Manage and embrace every sales opportunity with enthusiasm

- Provide an outstanding customer experience that is tailored to our individual customer's needs

- Manage inbound and external calls with a professional and courteous manner

- Gain a wide range of knowledge and familiarity around Oracle NetSuite (CRM) and 8x8 Phone systems

- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies





- Management of customer records in NetSuite

- Complete understand of our product range to help our customers make the best choices

- Participation in initial and ongoing product, sales & service training

What we are looking for:

- A strong work ethic with effective time management skills

- Have a sound level of knowledge in Microsoft Office programs

- Have experience with Customer Records Management (CRM) systems is an advantage, but not necessary

- Seeking an individual with versatile availability and openness to various hours from Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday

- Experience in the water filtration industry is advantageous, but not necessary
