Hej! Fjord Wellness is seeking a Factory Hand to join our production team on the factory floor. This role will report directly to the Head of Production and includes full training and onboarding. Flexible start dates ranging August 3 - August 31.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, understanding the pressure of production timelines and working efficiently to keep things moving and help the team hit key deadlines.

- Assist with basic product assembly, including preparing components, handling parts, and supporting the production workflow.

- Pack and prepare products for dispatch, ensuring orders are protected, labelled correctly, and ready for transport.

- You'll own ad-hoc tasks as they arise, such as supplier pick up’s and tasks that keep production running smoothly day to day.

- Maintain cleanliness across the factory, including workshop floors, benches, office areas, and bathrooms.





- Support the Head of Production with general workshop duties and troubleshooting

- Follow safety processes and keep work areas tidy and well-organised.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

- Prior manufacturing or production experience is an advantage, but not required.

- Meticulous attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.

- Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting, moving stock, and basic assembly. You'll be on your feet for most of the work day.

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently when needed.

- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to help wherever required.

- Casual position based in Burleigh Heads (Monday–Friday, 8-hour days, 7am start time).

- While this is a casual position, there is potential for consistent part time or full-time hours for the right candidate.
