Role DescriptionReporting to the GM Operations, the Membership Co-ordinator is responsible for the execution, and management of the club's membership and ticketing programs. This individual will play a key role in surpassing revenue targets aligned with the club's ambitious growth objectives.
As a professional in the sports and entertainment industry, the Membership Co-ordinator must possess experience in planning, managing, and executing successful membership and ticketing initiatives. They will be instrumental in shaping the overall fan experience. This role requires a results-oriented individual with a deep understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and a passion for driving revenue growth.The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join a dynamic team, contribute to the club's success, and play a vital role in enhancing the connection between the organisation and its members and fans.
Key Responsibilities● Execute and implement comprehensive strategies for membership and ticketing programs aligned with the overall business objectives.● Collaborate with the team on revenue targets and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the department.● Support the planning, execution,



and management of all aspects of the membership program.● Implement retention strategies to enhance the value proposition for existing members.● Continuously analyse market trends and member feedback to improve and innovate the membership offering.● Execute effective ticketing strategies, including pricing, promotions, and distribution channels.● Implement systems and processes to streamline ticketing operations and enhance the overall fan experience.● Stay abreast of industry best practices and technological advancements in ticketing solutions.● Work closely with the GM Operations to exceed revenue targets for the membership and ticketing programs.● Identify and pursue new revenue streams and opportunities to maximise profitability.● Collaborate with marketing, sales, retail merchandise and other relevant departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to fan engagement and revenue generation.● Act as a key liaison between the Ticketing and Membership team and other departments within the organisation.● Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
QualificationsSoft Skills● Comfortable operating in a high-pressure environment & actively focused on best practice fan/member outcomes on a day-to-day basis● Self-reliant, good problem solver, and very results oriented● Innovative thinker● High attention to detail● Excellent judgement and creative problem-solving skills● Stakeholder management skills: ability to influence and engage peers and clients as well as work collaboratively to achieve outcomes● Energetic, flexible, collaborative and proactive; a team player who can positively and productively impact both strategic and tactical initiativesTechnical Skills● Degree in Commerce, Marketing, or similar field - preferred but not essential● Minimum 2+ years’ experience in relevant ticketing and membership focused role(s)● Ability to manage and priorities business initiatives● Ability to build bespoke presentations
