Training & Technical Capability Coordinator

You know how to build a setup that actually works. This role is about making sure every workshop can do the same.
TC Boxes is growing, and this is a newly created role to help manage that growth without losing quality along the way. You will build the training programs, technical documentation, and installation standards that help every workshop onboard and develop its own people.

Reporting to the Head of Product, you will work closely with Workshop Supervisors and the wider team to get this right.

TC Boxes was born with the simple objective of providing safe, reliable, and secure storage solutions to tradies of Australia. As we developed our business, we found it was not just trades who needed toolboxes, campers need canopies, hunters needed dog boxes and a few of us just needed somewhere to put things on our Ute.

The Role

You will look after the systems and resources that keep training and technical knowledge consistent across every site.

- Build onboarding programs, competency frameworks and training pathways for every workshop
- Maintain the technical documentation library: manuals, SOPs, wiring diagrams and troubleshooting guides
- Plan and deliver the annual training calendar across product, compliance and leadership
- Set installation standards, run quality audits and track warranty trends to root cause




- Coordinate first-off-out-of-container inspections and feed install ability feedback back to Product
- Support current product launches with training and technical resources for Sales and installers
- Work with Workshop Supervisors, Sales, Marketing and Product to keep everyone informed

Who We're Looking For

You come from automotive, manufacturing or 4WD, and you know how to turn technical know-how into something others can pick up and use.

- Background in automotive, manufacturing or 4WD workshops
- Experience building training programs or technical documentation
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders at once
- Notices what isn't working and takes steps to fix it
- Current driver's licence

And the non-negotiables, you hold a current driver's licence, you can explain technical information clearly, and you follow through on the standards you set.
