About the Opportunity

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Bindery Hand to join our Midvale production team.

This is a full time position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Previous experience in printing, manufacturing, warehousing or a similar hands-on environment would be helpful, but it is not essential. We are willing to provide training to someone who has the right attitude, is dependable and is keen to learn.

You will support our bindery and finishing team by assisting with the preparation, handling, finishing, checking and packing of printed products.

Key Responsibilities

Your duties may include:

- Assisting bindery and finishing machine operators

- Feeding, collecting and stacking printed materials

- Counting, checking, bundling and packing completed products

- Removing waste and separating finished materials

- Labelling and preparing completed jobs for dispatch

- Moving paper, cartons and production materials





- Assisting with general warehouse and dispatch duties

- Completing basic quality checks

- Keeping work areas clean, safe and organised

- Participating in workplace and equipment training

- Following production instructions and safe work procedures

This role does not require previous experience as a machine operator. However, there may be opportunities to learn additional bindery and finishing skills over time.
