About the Role As a Senior Rehabilitation Counsellor, you will:

- Lead and support a diverse caseload of clients recovering from physical and/or psychological injury or illness
- Act as the primary contact guiding clients through tailored recovery and return-to-work plans
- Conduct assessments such as Initial Needs, Ergonomic, Functional Capacity, and ADLs
- Collaborate with treating specialists and attend Medical Case Conferences
- Build strong working relationships with employers, insurers, allied health teams, and medical professionals
- Provide mentorship and professional guidance to junior consultants

What You Will Need
- Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling, Provisional Psych, Psychology
- Full AHPRA or ASORC registration
- Demonstrated experience in occupational rehabilitation and return-to-work services
- Current Australian driver’s licence and insured vehicle
- Unrestricted Australian working rights
