To Be Successful:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months' experience in SIL or community care environments
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current National Police Check (within 3 years)
- Current NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates




- Valid Australian Driver's Licence and willingness to transport participants
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work a variety of shifts including days, afternoons, nights and weekends
- Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
