Job description

The Clinical Rostering Coordinator is responsible for planning and implementing staff rosters in conjunction with the individual needs of clients to enable effective delivery of services. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position where your primary focus will be ensuring all shifts are filled with the right people at the right time. You will work closely with internal teams to manage rosters, respond to last-minute changes and maintain high-quality service delivery for participants.

Job requirements

- National Police Clearance for working in Aged Care (mandatory)
- Strong digital literacy across systems and communication tools
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and skilled boundaries

Job responsibilities

- Allocate shifts based on skills, qualifications and participant preferences
- Ensure all shifts are correctly aligned with service types and client needs
- Manage unplanned changes with urgency and accuracy
- Answer general phone enquiries using a professional and courteous manner




- Assist Service Coordinators to ensure the individual needs of consumers are met through individualised scheduling and allocation of staff.
- Provide clerical and administrative support services.
- Attend to enquiries about services provided by the program and respond appropriately to participants, volunteers, staff, other service providers and community members both face to face and through phone/email contact.
- Ensure data integrity across scheduling, attendance and workforce records
- Manage inbound and outbound communications with staff and participants
- Build strong working relationships while delivering exceptional customer service
