About the role
This is a senior leadership position with requires advanced levels of financial managements and accountability for oversight of the financial, human resources and physical resources of the school. The Business Manager is a member of the Executive Leadership Team and College Board and as such must support the Catholic ethos of the college and actively participate in the life of the community.

Role Requirements
- Formal University qualifications in Business Management, Accountancy, Human Resource Management or Business Law (or equivalent) and/or comprehensive relevant demonstrated knowledge and experience in a comparable role. A Post-graduate qualification is highly desirable.
- CA or CPA accreditation is desirable.
- Act in accordance with the CESA Code of Conduct and the Charter for Staff in Catholic Schools in South Australia.
- Hold a current acceptable Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearance & screening to work in Catholic Education South Australia.
- Hold current certification in Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect in Education and Care Settings.
- First Aid Qualification in an educational care setting.
