One Group Labour Hire is currently seeking an experienced Machine Operator with Tube Laser and Flat Bed Laser experience to join one of our valued manufacturing clients based in Somersby .

Key Responsibilities

- Operate Tube Laser and Flat Bed Laser machines safely and efficiently
- Load and unload steel and aluminium products
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and production schedules




- Perform machine setup and make basic adjustments where required
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
- Complete production paperwork accurately
- Maintain a clean, organised and protected work environment
- Assist with general workshop duties as required

To Be Successful You Will Have

- Previous experience operating Tube Laser and/or Flat Bed Laser machinery
- Experience working within a metal manufacturing or fabrication environment
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- A reliable work ethic with a positive attitude
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Current forklift licence (highly regarded but not essential)
- Reliable transport and a strong commitment to workplace safety
