QuestCare is seeking a dedicated Disability Support Worker fluent in AUSLAN to join our Canberra-area team. This client-focused role centers on home and community visits to support daily living, independence, and participation in NDIS goals.

You will work directly with the client, using AUSLAN to communicate, provide companionship, assist with meals, transport, and logging shift outcomes while maintaining safety and respect.
