About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-focused Storeperson to join our Auburn warehouse team. In this hands‑on role, you’ll be responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient handling of stock, ensuring goods are received, stored, picked, and dispatched correctly while maintaining strong safety and quality standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

Warehouse Operations

- Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming goods, reporting any discrepancies
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders and dispatch documentation on time and to schedule
- Package, label, and store finished goods and materials correctly
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system
- Conduct cycle counts and actively participate in stocktakes
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with 5S standards
- Perform pre‑shift equipment and PPE checks
- Work safely at all times, contributing to a zero‑harm workplace

Transportation & Equipment

- Load and unload vehicles as required




- Safely operate forklifts and other manual handling equipment (e.g., carousel, wave picker)

Essential

What You’ll Bring

- LF/High reach forklift experience and licence
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehousing/logistics
- Experience with inventory management systems and ERP platforms
- Strong customer service mindset and team‑focused approach
- Confident communication skills (written and verbal)

Desirable

- Certificate III in Warehousing or similar qualification
- High School Certificate
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Positive knowledge of OH&S;, quality and lean principles
- Elevated Work Platform (EWP) licence

Physical Requirements

- Regular standing, walking, forklift operation and manual handling
- Ability to safely lift and move items up to approximately 20kg using correct techniques and PPE
