Store Supervisor (3IC) — POP MART Highpoint

As we continue expanding across Australia, we’re looking for energetic and experienced Store Supervisors (3ICs) to support our brand‑new Highpoint store. What You'll Do
Lead & Coach the Team
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in supervising daily operations
- Coach team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Help uplift team energy, confidence, and capability
Drive Sales & KPI Performance
- Break down daily KPIs and help the team stay focused
- Motivate staff to meet and exceed sales targets
Keep the Store Looking Amazing
- Oversee stock control, replenishment, and visual merchandising presentation
- Support rapid turnaround of new releases and merchandise updates
Operational Ownership
- Handle escalated customer issues with confidence and professionalism
- Maintain store compliance and safety standards
- Report maintenance needs and ensure a clean, safe environment
Who You Are
- Experienced retail leader (Supervisor, Senior Team Member, or 3IC)
- Comfortable supervising large teams of up to 20+ people
- Positive, proactive, and a genuine team player
- Passionate about customer experience and fast‑paced environments
- Strong communicator who can coach, motivate, and inspire
- Solid understanding of stock management, visual merchandising, and store operations
- Thrives under pressure and adapts quickly
- Fluent in English; Mandarin is a bonus
- Available for a 7‑day roster, including mornings and evenings (shopping centre trading hours), with two consecutive days off each week
