About the Role

You will work directly with our directors across a broad range of commercial property investment and development/construction finance transactions.

Key responsibilities include:

- Analysing commercial lending opportunities
- Reviewing financial statements and servicing capacity
- Researching lender policy and structuring funding solutions




- Preparing high-quality credit submissions and funding papers
- Liaising with banks and non-bank lenders
- Supporting transactions from enquiry through to settlement

About You

We're looking for someone with experience in commercial property finance who is eager to take the next step in their career.

You'll ideally have experience in:

- Commercial Property Finance within a major Australian bank; or
- Commercial property finance brokerage.

You'll also bring:

- Strong commercial and financial analysis skills
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- A proactive mindset and genuine interest in commercial property finance
