CASUAL AND PERMANENT PART TIME ROLES BASED ACROSS UNITING CENTRAL COAST AND/OR NEWCASTLE

- Up to $54.19 p/h + super, penalties, tax benefits plus casual loading
- Casual or permanent part time roles with the ability to work up to 76 hours per fortnight

Working across Uniting facilities in our Central Coast Hunter Recent England region: Hamlyn Terrace, Bateau Bay, Elermore Vale, Hamilton, Belmont North, Garden Suburb, Mayfield

What you’ll be doing in this role

- Provide high standards of clinical care for residents in our aged care home, supporting independence and improving quality of life.
- Act as a clinical leader, developing, delivering and evaluating resident care plans.
- Utilise sharp clinical assessment skills and lead the delivery of clinical services.
- Ensure care meets residents’ individual goals.
- Provide wound management, medication management and palliative care services.
- Assist the clinical management team with AANAC documentation and assessments.




- Liaise with medical and allied health professionals and residents’ family members to advocate for client quality of life.
- Supervise and support Personal Care Workers.
- Use holistic practice and critical decision-making skills to lead the team.

Who we’re looking for

- Previous registered nursing experience in aged or community care, or a passion to begin a career in aged care with experience in the wider health sector.
- Adaptable, empathetic, resourceful, strong time management, and live Uniting’s everyday values of compassion, respect, imagination, and boldness.
- Committed to contemporary aged care nursing practice.
- Hold a nursing degree with current AHPRA registration.
