You’ll play a key role in:

As the Head of Production, you’ll lead the safe, compliant and efficient operation of our Perth manufacturing facility and modular delivery sites. Working closely with operations, commercial and site leadership teams, you’ll drive production outcomes, manage manufacturing programmes and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety and client satisfaction.

This role offers the opportunity to grow a business backed by the strength and systems of a national construction company, while playing a hands‑on role in shaping how modular projects are delivered across WA.

- Lead production operations across the Perth manufacturing facility and delivery sites
- Manage safety, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives across the facility
- Coordinate labour, materials, plant and project sequencing to maximise production efficiency
- Review building plans and collaborate with design and drafting teams to ensure buildability and compliance
- Oversee quality management, inspections and certifications throughout production and delivery
- Build strong relationships with project teams, clients, suppliers and subcontractors to support successful project outcomes

- Experience leading manufacturing, modular or construction production teams
- Strong understanding of construction processes, site coordination and project delivery
- Ability to manage programmes, resources and operational workflows across multiple projects
- Strong commitment to EHSQ principles and creating a Safety-First culture
- Construction Industry Card, First Aid Certificate and Working with Children Check
- A proactive and solutions-focused leadership style with strong communication skills
- A team-oriented mindset and genuine commitment to developing people and teams
