Your Role

Your role will be the same as your current role, plus full autonomy to build and grow an amazing home care business. To be successful you'll need experience across:

Business Development - building referral relationships with GPs, hospital discharge teams, Care Finders, aged care assessment services, and community health providersRecruitment - building a support team that meets your clients' needsRostering - managing scheduling to ensure consistent,



high-quality supportGrowth - scaling your branch and building an internal team as your business expandsServe - Sirv your clients and care workers with empathy and passionCulture- bring genuine care and a collaborative spirit to the Sirv team and help everyone be their very best.

Proven experience in operations, area, or regional management within home care, Support at Home, or aged careExperience building and leading large care teams with solid leadership qualitiesFinancial acumen and the drive to grow a profitable businessA genuine commitment to positive client outcomes and quality careFormal recognition as a Responsible Person under the Aged Care ActA collaborative approach and the desire to help colleagues succeed
