- Generate new sales and leasing opportunities through prospecting and networking.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and tenants

- Conduct property inspections and market appraisals

- List and market commercial properties for sale and lease

- Negotiate sales and lease agreements

- Manage enquiries and follow up with prospective clients

- Prepare proposals, contracts, and related documentation

- Maintain accurate client and property records

- Stay informed of market trends and local commercial property activity

- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets

- Become a recognised authority in your local commercial market

- Negotiate confidently and close transactions with professionalism and integrity.

Key Skills and Experience

- A proven experience as commercial real estate salesperson or leasing agent.

- Hungry, ambitious and highly self motivated.





- Commercially minded and confident negotiating with business owners.

- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
