Are you an organised administrator who enjoys keeping records accurate, systems up to date and supporting a busy team?
We are looking for an Administration Assistant to join our Property & Contracts team on a 12-month maximum-term basis.
About the Role
- Part time, 5 days / 38 hours per fortnight.
- Canning Vale location
Reporting to the Manager Property & Contracts, the Administration Assistant will provide support across our property, fleet and capital works functions by maintaining accurate records, coordinating documentation and ensuring day-to-day processes run smoothly.

By delivering reliable and efficient administrative support, you'll help ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly, creating capacity for the team to focus on process improvements, increased automation and more proactive planning.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate records, registers and shared filing systems.
• Assist with lease, property and fleet administration activities.
• Process invoices, registrations and other routine documentation.
• Update databases, trackers and compliance records.
• Prepare reports, correspondence and administrative documents.
• Support audit, governance and record-keeping requirements.
• Assist with maintaining project and contract files.
About You
You are a reliable and organised administrator with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. You enjoy working with systems and processes, communicate effectively and take pride in delivering high-quality administrative support. You will have:
• Experience in an administrative support role.
• Strong data entry, record-keeping and document management skills.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.
• Sound and qualified written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting administrative processes such as invoice processing or cost tracking.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience maintaining records in electronic systems.
