We’re now looking for a motivated Sales Administration Manager to join our high-performing Sales Team.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting our sales agents with day-to-day administration across listings and sales.
- Managing and maintaining our CRM (Agentbox) and client database.
- Preparing high-quality marketing materials for new listings.
- Coordinating advertising campaigns and reconciling costs.
- Guiding the process from exchange to settlement, including trust account transactions.
- Preparing commission statements for sales agents.
- Being the go-to support person who helps keep the sales team moving forward.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in real estate or a sales-support role.
- Confident using Agentbox (or similar CRM) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong organisational skills with sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A positive, proactive attitude – someone who thrives in a fast-paced team.
- A genuine interest in property and ambition to grow your career.
