We are recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our team based in Jandakot, WA.

Responsibilities include:

- Warehouse duties including order preparation, picking, packing, dispatch and receiving, loading and unloading of goods

- Leading a warehousing team, ensuring customer KPIs are met.

- Perform accurate stock control, ensuring system records are updated and maintained, and participation in, or oversight of, cycle counts and stocktake processes

- Completion of documentation and associated reporting for inventory management and incoming/outgoing freight requirements (e.g. consignment notes, registers)

- Monitoring the loading of trailers and trucks to ensure cargo is loaded in a cube efficient manner and dispatch/delivery timelines are achieved and according to customer priorities and requirements

- Support Manager in managing stock levels,



notifying and reporting any stock loss/damage

- Manual handling and use of MHE, use of RF scanner and operations of forklift, ensuring safety is maintained

The Job:

- Full-time permanent role

- Based in Jandakot, WA

- On-site parking available

- Working hours between: 7:30am to 3:30pm

What are we looking for?

- A valid Forklift license - High Reach experience preferred

- A valid drivers license

- Proficient in Microsoft Applications

- A reliable individual with high attention to detail, good written and verbal communication skills and ability to solve complex issues

- Proven experience with warehouse management systems (Manhattan scale)

- Demonstrated experience in leading a team with the ability to lead and mentor a team
