Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through inbound enquiries and outbound prospecting.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with new and existing customers.
- Prepare quotations and provide expert advice on our extensive product range.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing customer accounts.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Work closely with the sales and operations teams to achieve business objectives.
- Promote the Halliday Hardware brand and product range within your designated territory.
- Deliver product demonstrations and ongoing training to customers where required.
- Represent the business professionally and contribute to a positive team culture.
About You:
- Previous experience in sales, retail sales or customer service is an asset but not essential for the right candidate.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A motivated, proactive and results-driven attitude.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Confidence using computers and CRM or sales software.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
- An interest in kitchen, bathroom or architectural hardware (or a willingness to learn).
- A current driver's licence
