Responsibilities

- Supporting the Head Chef in maintaining a high standard of excellence across breakfast, lunch, dinner, functions and special events.

- Stock control and ordering

- Ensure compliance with sanitation and food safety regulations

Requirements

- Passion for excellent food

- Experience as a Chef

- Ability to work both collaboratively & independently

- An affable nature and ability to get on with an extended team across multiple departments

- Able to work well under pressure

- Experienced in producing high quality food in a quick paced environment
