RAATSIC is seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our Executive Leadership Team as Continuous Quality Improvement, Compliance & WHS Manager.
About the Role
Lead organisational accreditation, risk management, compliance, governance and WHS functions while supporting continuous improvement across all programs.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead quality assurance, accreditation and audit activities including HSQF compliance.
• Manage organisational compliance, governance and risk frameworks.
• Oversee workplace health and safety systems.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures and document control frameworks.
• Provide strategic advice and reporting to the CEO and Board.
• Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Manage and develop staff within the compliance and quality function.
About You
• Significant experience in quality, compliance, governance, accreditation or risk management.
• Strong understanding of WHS and regulatory obligations.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
• Ability to drive organisational improvement and change.
• Commitment to culturally secure practice.
